Pollo Mazatlan

Strips of grilled chicken breast served over a bed of rice and melted Monterey Jack cheese and Mazatlan sauce of mushrooms, green peppers, carrots and onions. Served with rancho or black (cholesterol free) beans and a garden salad with dressing.
